Both are during the Buu Arc at their strongest. Who wins?

Gotenks wins due to Goku's confidence in Gotenks being stronger than Goku.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku- 8,400,000

Do you really think they got that much stronger? Most people think they increased their powers more than what Goku and Vegeta gained in a whole year in the RoSaT. Goten and Trunks were only in their for a little over 15 days. That's hardly enough time to get them enough power to surpass Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

And there is no proof that Gotenks wasn't nearing him and Goku's line only supports it.
